Let me introduce myself, or at least the hobby part of me:

I started in 1995 with Warhammer Fantasy Battle and – as so many of my fellow hobby friends did – got stuck in the GW World for many many years. Adding Warhammer 40k, Mortheim, Bloodbowl to the list of games on my shelf. Mainly focussing on the hobby aspects, i.e. painting and converting, regular gaming only became an important part of my life many years later. At the death of Warhammer Fantasy Battle we had several years of successful campaigns with up to 8 players behind us and it broke my hobby spirit. I sold all my Warhammer Fantasy stuff and swore never to return!

A deep dive into Malifaux later, I am happy to announce that I stick to my plan… that was… until I discovered Warhammer Underworlds and fell in love on the first sight. This was last year and since then I am in love with the game. Sadly though my local gaming group is rather small or not existent (depending on the moon phase)… Recently, that is 2 weeks ago, I discovered AoS – Spearhead and made a terrible mistake. A mistake, I would like you to witness here on my blog…
